6 participants - 2 guides - 100 km - 2 days - and thousands of memories!
A human, sporting and cultural trip: after taking the train to Bédarieux, our team started cycling as soon as we left Millau station. Some rode gravel bikes, others rode regular or electric mountain bikes, but all were motivated to tackle the big climb of the day that would take us above the famous Millau Bridge. Once we had conquered this challenge, we rode through the Causses region with its splendid landscapes and visited two Templar cities: La Couvertoirade and La Cavalerie.
These 50 kilometres took our group to our hidden gîte near Caylar, where we enjoyed an aperitif followed by aligot and sausage!
Dring-dring: the alarm clock rings in the start of this second day with wildly varied landscapes: Col des Vents, Lake Salagou, the quarries of Bédarieux and a superb meal on the shores of the lake!
The perfect trip for those new to cycling holidays!
